WHAT A SUCCESS!!!!!! The 2008 tea was great and the guest speaker, Karen Phillips-Shwallon,
did a wonderful job. The topic of her presentation "A Walk in Time"
was very informative and instructional. Her quilts are beautiful and
exceptional in quality. Thank you Karen.
A special THANK YOU to those of you that attended and made the tea the
great success that it was. Your support of our fund raiser is
appreciated. Be sure to continue visiting this site and as details of the
2009 tea are finalized, the information will be here first. We do know that
our guest speaker will be Peg Bingham from the Akron area.
There were special baskets and a quilt that was raffled, as well as
cookbooks and pins available for sale. Your support this year was
exceptional.
A special Thank You to the guild members for your help in setting up,
tearing down and providing items for the raffle baskets. Thank you to
Kathy Wolf for the name tags and Ruthann Moore for putting the baskets
together.
